為實現(xiàn)在實驗室評價餐飲業(yè)油煙凈化設備對非甲烷總烴的凈化能力，提高評價方法的科學性和準確性，開發(fā)了可穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生高濃度非甲烷總烴的發(fā)生裝置，篩選了適用于檢測油煙中非甲烷總烴的檢測方法，構建了實驗室測試平臺，實現(xiàn)了評價非甲烷總烴凈化效果的實驗室檢測。
