當(dāng)技師接到確認(rèn)維修保養(yǎng)的手表后需要把機(jī)芯和其他部件分離,機(jī)芯組件進(jìn)行超聲波清潔,之后放到保險(xiǎn)庫中,直到維修師取走.表鏈和表殼送到服務(wù)中心中的綠色區(qū)域進(jìn)行清潔和拋光.機(jī)芯從保險(xiǎn)庫中取出后,馬上會(huì)被送往機(jī)芯維修組裝區(qū)域,工作車間進(jìn)行了空氣凈化工程,就是常說的無塵超壓區(qū).車間中所有工位的前方有一個(gè)大屏幕,屏幕上不斷滾動(dòng)的數(shù)字和代碼表示相對(duì)應(yīng)的技師需要的零配件已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備就緒,可以去配件窗口領(lǐng)取.很好地解決技師在維修過程中來回走動(dòng)詢問配件準(zhǔn)備情況,既節(jié)省時(shí)間,同時(shí)又讓大家安心于維修本身,并把影響他人的情況減少到最小.

配件室全電子化管理,各種配件通過電腦直接查詢和調(diào)取，工作快速準(zhǔn)確.選用由瑞士直接提供的原廠品質(zhì)配件更換組件.在組裝環(huán)節(jié)中,機(jī)芯各個(gè)功能組件均涂最先進(jìn)的潤滑劑，以減少磨擦，預(yù)防耗損，確保顧客的腕表機(jī)芯可持續(xù)準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)行。安裝平衡擺輪時(shí),經(jīng)完整檢測后，每只機(jī)芯都會(huì)經(jīng)過詳細(xì)檢查，為了對(duì)檢測的質(zhì)量水平作出保證，每只受檢的腕表更將經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的計(jì)時(shí)和防水測試。最終，顧客將取得精準(zhǔn)可靠的腕表。為確保計(jì)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)，制表師細(xì)心調(diào)校平衡擺輪，并就其計(jì)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確度進(jìn)行電子測試。而后，制表師便會(huì)全面檢測顧客的腕表，并在及后數(shù)天仔細(xì)觀察，以驗(yàn)證腕表的性能。組裝表殼時(shí)，小心安放表殼防水墊圈和水晶玻璃.沒有安裝機(jī)芯的表殼也會(huì)經(jīng)過密封測試,空氣壓力測試(airtest)和防水測試(waterprooftest),表殼經(jīng)過壓縮測試確保每枚腕表應(yīng)具備的實(shí)際防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模擬環(huán)境中進(jìn)行排氦閥門是否會(huì)打開的測試!

維修保養(yǎng)好的機(jī)芯再一次深入清潔后會(huì)裝入表殼中,同時(shí)會(huì)有專人負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)組裝好的機(jī)芯的表殼進(jìn)行一次檢查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保養(yǎng)維修是完全同樣的流程,不分貴賤.經(jīng)過冷凝測試合格后的手表最后還需要進(jìn)行時(shí)間精度測試,即專業(yè)設(shè)備記錄下腕表某一時(shí)刻的三根指針之間的夾角度數(shù),在24小時(shí)后的同一時(shí)刻的角度與前一次進(jìn)行比對(duì),多次記錄后才能判斷走時(shí)精準(zhǔn)與否,這是非?？茖W(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖龇?精時(shí)恒達(dá)鐘表維修中心會(huì)對(duì)員工會(huì)定期進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn),以提高技師技術(shù)水平和理論知識(shí),維修技術(shù)更專業(yè)！
帝舵機(jī)械表建議每隔1至2年應(yīng)做相應(yīng)的保養(yǎng)，更換防水元件，檢測走時(shí)性能和機(jī)芯功耗，清洗機(jī)芯以及養(yǎng)護(hù)外觀等。這樣的保養(yǎng)服務(wù)將有效延長您的帝舵機(jī)械表的使用時(shí)間。
(1)戴手表時(shí)，手上的汗水對(duì)表殼有腐蝕性，全鋼表殼由于是鎳鉻合金，抗腐蝕性能好些，半鋼表殼是銅的，長期與汗水接觸，容易腐蝕，應(yīng)經(jīng)常用軟布抹去汗水或墊上塑料表托，以防止其被汗水侵蝕。
(2)不要將帝舵機(jī)械表放在有樟腦丸的衣柜內(nèi)，以免表油變質(zhì)。
(3)不要將帝舵機(jī)械表放在功放、音響、電視機(jī)上，以免磁化。
(4)長期存放不戴的帝舵機(jī)械表，應(yīng)每月定期上發(fā)條一次，自動(dòng)機(jī)芯的帝舵機(jī)械表則應(yīng)輕輕來回?cái)[動(dòng)幾分鐘或戴在手腕上一段時(shí)間使其自動(dòng)上緊發(fā)條。使零件不致長期處于靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)，以保證表機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)性能。
(5)帝舵機(jī)械表受了潮，可用干棉花壓在手表上，再用40瓦的電燈泡烘烤5分鐘，表里的潮氣就可全部被蒸發(fā)出來。
(6)收到一只心愛的帝舵機(jī)械表，拆掉外面包裝時(shí)，千萬要保存好防護(hù)帝舵機(jī)械表所用的包裝盒。這些保護(hù)帝舵機(jī)械表的包裝盒，能在平常不配戴時(shí)給予帝舵機(jī)械表最安全的保護(hù)，避免手表被摔壞或是被碰撞，所以將包裝盒保留是絕對(duì)必要的，而且建議在平日不戴帝舵機(jī)械表時(shí)，養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣放入盒內(nèi)，就能大大減低帝舵機(jī)械表損壞的機(jī)率。
(7)平常最好不要天天戴同一只帝舵機(jī)械表，應(yīng)多準(zhǔn)備幾款不同的帝舵機(jī)械表交替使用，除了能豐富個(gè)人的造型，也可避免灰塵、體垢全集中在同一只帝舵機(jī)械表上。對(duì)于皮表帶，更要小心呵護(hù)，以免天天使用造成表帶的經(jīng)常性磨損拉扯，那么即使表面新新的，{公用詞庫 2}機(jī)械表看起來也會(huì)十分老舊。
